• Ability to study the project and reach an estimated cost;
• Ability to estimate market value of the designated project;
• Ability to scrutinize job size and carry out quality assurance checks;
• Ability to perform internal and external reviews and audit of similar systems practised currently inside or outside the company;
• Ability to develop related plans and systematic processes and procedures;
• Ability to develop the company's targeted personnel capacity and support best applications of the required " Know How ";
• Ability to assess different RFPs in light of quality, quantity, consultancy expenses, personnel experience; areas of strengths/ weaknesses ( in the proposal); cost value; etc..
• Ability to submit a highly professional and robust report upon issue;
• Ability to advise the company on best capital management practices;
• Ability to provide senior management of the company with recommendations and guidance of related project laws, regulations and information as/if needed.
