Brief Posting Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager Automation located at our MustangHDP office in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia .
Plan direct coordinate and control the work
Execute the project in accordance with corporate practices and Project procedures
Developing and implementing a project execution plan that meets with Company and Contract requirements
Provide leadership and commitment to the Project HSE and Quality plan
Keeping to the control budget within the objectives established for the Project
To focus upon customer care and customer feedback
To understand the Project ‘business case’ and drivers
Act as focal point for Engineering Procurement and Project services resources deployed on the project
Interface closely with client management representatives to ensure client interests are being accommodated
Clearly define and communicate the project objectives and organisation to the Project team
To feedback to the Company data related to performance of work on a regular basis
To monitor and expedite account receivables for the Project
To document lessons learned and to reviewimplement lessons learned from other Projects
To protect the reputation of MustangHPD
To close out the project
Job Requirements
Degree in an engineering discipline is essential
Proven experience in the management of Industrial Automation engineering projects for the oil and gas industry
Past experience as an Industrial Automation Engineer
PMP Certification is a plus
Able to take responsibility for decisions and actions
Good People managementsupervision and communication skills
Team player essential
Able to maintain a healthy balance between operational involvement and leadership
Able to operate across cultural boundaries associated with executing the work
