General duties & responsibilities
Prepare letters / forms that are needed by each department
Receive, and relay telephone and fax messages to the concerned colleagues
Maintain systematic filing of correspondence and other related documents
Maintain contact database of clients, suppliers and agencies
Arrange the meeting schedule of the Operations, Sales & Development HoDs
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms where necessary and provide hospitality
Make travel bookings (includes hotel and airline) for the HoDs and other colleagues in the department with regard to business trips and forward to HR for final reservations
Maintains appropriate confidentiality and represents the company with a professional demeanor
Assist in any other project that may be required by the HoDs
