General duties & responsibilities

 Prepare letters / forms that are needed by each department

 Receive, and relay telephone and fax messages to the concerned colleagues

 Maintain systematic filing of correspondence and other related documents

 Maintain contact database of clients, suppliers and agencies

 Arrange the meeting schedule of the Operations, Sales & Development HoDs

 Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects

 Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms where necessary and provide hospitality

 Make travel bookings (includes hotel and airline) for the HoDs and other colleagues in the department with regard to business trips and forward to HR for final reservations

 Maintains appropriate confidentiality and represents the company with a professional demeanor

 Assist in any other project that may be required by the HoDs
