SUMMARY
The candidate is a highly organized result oriented selfmotivating
candidate with excellent communication skills. The candidate promotes and sells
Engineered Valves EV products through distributors representatives OEM's
instrument companies and direct. The employee manages the total sales
territory trains distribution and handlescoordinates quotes in order to maximize
product sales. Markets and territory may change in future. This role supports EV
in market research activities component sourcing and manufacturing activities
when required by the Sales Manager EMEA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for achieving the territory budget for
the area of responsibility assigned.
Uses persuasion logic and product expertise to
promote and sell the various valvesproducts to end users Engineering
companiesAampE accounts Original Equipment Manufacturers OEM
distributors and representatives.
Develop business at key accounts and support global
effort with Strategic Account customers.
Communicate globally and provide sales leadership
for territory country account projects and strategic account sales
developments.
Evaluate and make recommendations for establishing
price strategies.
Support the business in resolving and negotiating
issues with T’s and C’s project communication payment collections and
customer issues both internally and externally. Be fully knowledgeable of IP’s
Commercial Policy.
Make sales calls to customersaverage 3.5 – 4 days a
week
Maintains an uptodate territory plan work
accordingly and report progression to supervisor.
Communicate extensively with direct supervisor on
all customers sales channels and company matters.
Maintain reports for active projects and opportunities
and support monthly reporting and forecasting process in a timely manner
Initially the main focus will be on developing the mining
and minerals industry for Fabri products
Performs specification work.
Conducts product information seminars and training for
end users AampE Architects amp Engineering accounts distributors and
representatives. Assists distributors
and representatives' sales personnel in making sales calls and securing orders
for EV.
Maintains uptodate distributorrepresentative
sales action plans monitors and report progress towards goals.
Assists distributors and representatives in
maintaining inventory levels consistent with company inventory policies.
Evaluates and make recommendations for establishing
or terminating distributors and representatives
Expand Representatives network to cover all segments
and countries.
Performs administrative paperwork writes reports
and quotations to effectively perform sales function.
Provides market and sales trend information to
management.
Report to and follows the directions given by the
Sales Manager EMEA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Provides support for new
sales representatives as needed.
