The Services Supervisor is responsible under the supervision of Manager Services (Facilities) supervise and coordinate all areas of Maintenance, Operations of Building, Site, Ground, and equipment’s owned or managed by CNAQ. FSS is responsible for Campus activities and maintains a campus environment that is Safe, Secure, Clean and Conducive to learning. FSS also must work with the campus maintenance team and other services contractors under the guidance of Facilities Services Manager.
Duties:
- Support Facilities Services Management activities and special events and arranges logistics as needed.
- Support routine maintenance and operations of all buildings, equipment’s and other facilities.
- Support Services manager to Development and/or evaluation of new or revised operations policies and procedures which are designed to introduce such things as work control, safety.
- Support for the Preparation, reviewing and recommendation for the purchase of materials and equipment or services as required in the maintenance and operations program.
- Oversees the supervision and inspection of work of various tradesmen and contractor personal involved in the onsite maintenance and repair of college buildings and equipment.
- Support in PPM & Inspects buildings, facilities and equipment throughout CNAQ Facilities or Accommodations. Ensures that building and safety codes are met.
- The completion of space utilization studies as necessary to facilitate facilities planning.
- Support College activities and special events.
- Support ATO to provide administrative assistance during employee orientation and assist Orientation Committee.
- Must be flexible in hours of work and perform other duties as assigned by Services Manager.
