CH2M HILL Project Manager Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Job ResponsibilitesAccountabilites
This position is focused on the leadership and management of our program at KAUST near Jeddah Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the delivery of one of the largest projects in the program. You will provide motivation and direction to the project team typically through multiple project task andor functional managers. You will have the knowledge and experience to make decisions that have a significant impact on the resource requirements scopeschedulesequence of project activities client andor team satisfaction risk profile quality healthsafetyenvironment and financial performance of one or more projects with commensurate impact observed at the BG level.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Demonstrated capability to manage a large project of high complexity
• Acts as one of the company’s prime contacts with the client and is responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the project
• Works with business group project delivery leadership who provide oversight and mentoring. Supports the development of less experienced project managers through active coaching and mentoring.
Specific duties include
• Leads and manages the project team through all phases of project planning execution and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to the meet the scope schedule budget and other specified requirements stated in the contract
• Completes the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client while simultaneously ensuring that CH2M HILL’s HSampE quality financial risk management business and policy expectations are met.
• Leads or plays a significant role in the business development activities leading to the award of the contract. This typically includes client relationship development projectspecific positioning activities proposal preparation orals presentation and contract negotiation consistent with established business development processes.
Specific desirable attributes
• Capable to manage a number of subprojects simultaneously from design through construction to commissioning and handover
• Experience of perimeter security systems
• Experience of support and infrastructure work including administration buildings warehouses electrical substations and underground services
• Experience of LEED certification
