Summary of key job responsibilities
Cultivate individual assigned sales opportunities and turn them into orders. Acquires new customers crosses sell to existing customers and saves customers at risk. Collects and reports market intelligence.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Identifies prospects through various lead generated activities including tradeshow direct mailing advertising coldcalling on key industry players and referral program.
• Receives prospects from telesales andor customer service professionals.
• Interfaces with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers decision making process and criteria and their needs
• Makes value propositions handles objections prepares quotes and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
• Meets the assigned order amount goals.
• Prepares and submits sales report which includes tracking of order amount demand forecasting and market intelligence.
• Works closely with Operations and Customer Service to understand capacity issues so as not to oversell capacity.
• Provide coaching and guidance to new sales staff.
• Performs other duties as directed.
Skills
•Candidates with fluency in English and Arabic are preferred
•Should have 0507 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years of experience in front line field sales in Oil Gas ElectricalFire and Life Safety. Experience in certification companies would be advantageous.
•Preferably an engineering graduate with MBA.
•Should have worked with global teams in an MNC environment.
•Proven track record of managing key customers developing new markets services
•Willing for extensive travel within GCC Levant North Africa and occasionally to other UL global locations
