Sales Manager – Cable IPTVKSA

Key Functions



•The primary goal is to ensure the achievement of Cable IPTV net growth and revenue targets.

•Responsible for the management of the entire partner relationship and development of sales and marketing initiatives in order to ensure targets are met.

•Key liaison between OSN and the cable partner in all areas from sales to finance and legal in order to make sure the day to day operations are in line with the business requirements

•Success ultimately depends on the motivational management long term plan and successful implementation of strategies including development of sales initiatives to maximize sales



Duties amp Responsibilities



Achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets on net unit sales and revenue performance level by management of cable partners sales initiatives and efficiencies and productivity in line with business plan.



Improve sales performance and efficiency through training development and performance management in order to ensure professional and quality business is acquired.



Ensure relevant marketingproduct messages are manufactured and delivered effectively to all partners in order to ensure it supports the achievement of sales plan and an appropriate level of product knowledge.



Measure performance and report performance to business plan.



Deliver effective communications to provide strategic direction and focus to all the sales team.



And any additional responsibilities that may arise or be requested by the team or the company


Skills


Education



Proven track record In Sales and Account Management is essential.

A Bachelor’s Degree is proffered



Preference



Pay TV sales and Telecoms work experience is preferred.
