About the Job Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting the lead Project Manager andor Senior Project Manager during the entire architectural project on a daytoday basis from the Schematic DesignConception phase through to Design Development Construction Drawings BiddingContract Negotiation Construction Administration and Closeout phases. These functions are performed under direct supervision. The successful Jr. Project Manager performs these functions in various capacities across multiple architectural projects at any one time during any one of the aforementioned project phases. And will handle day to day progress on site and sync needed info to clients when needed Job Requirements Possess advanced computer knowledge of CADbased systems Autodesk Architecture 2014 preferred Microsoft Windowsbased systems Word Excel PowerPoint Project etc.and primavera 3D modeling experience preferred but not required. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills Possess strong interpersonal skills among the project team and interaction between consultants and client representativesnbsp Ability to move by car to attend project site meetingssurveys.
