For one of leading Freight Forwarder Company in Egypt We need the following positions URGENTLY ASAP Job Location Sheraton Cairo 1 Operations Executive Logistics Freight Forwarding Job Description Principal responsibilities Record initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing. Calculate account and provide information about the shipment statistics weight destination quantity type charge…etc. Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for underprocessing shipments. Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port. Follows procedures of reporting on performance budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager Requirements To be considered for this position you must have strong freight forwarding experience not less than 2 years – importexport and airocean freight. You will also have excellent customer service capabilities with the maturity of managing major clients. That coupled with an ability to build and maintain client relationships think on your feet and problem solve will stand you in good stead. Familiarity to work with computer Microsoft Office and Windows. Ability to communicate in English language. Working Hours from 830 am till 500 pm with 1 hour break.
