About the Job 1. Developing work breakdown and project coding structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract. 2. Integrating scheduling time resource and cost in Primavera andor MS Project. 3. Scheduling probabilistic analysis in Pert Master risk analysis. 4. Project budget amp cost control. 5. Time extension claim scheduling amp analysis. 6. Recovery scheduling amp productivity analysis. 7. Preparing project control plans and detailed staffing utilization plans for discipline or specialty activities. 8. Integrating inter discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned discipline or specialties through working with the different departments to coordinate work sequences with total project plan. 9. Participating in weekly project cost reviewsschedule meetings. 10. Participating in the implementation of a basic change management system for engineering and construction. 11. Identifying trends and deviations and recommending corrective courses of action. 12. Maintaining the established project costschedule program and preparing schedulecost status reports. 13. Preparing and analyzing the project cash flows. 14. Analyzing variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicating the reasons for the issuance of variance. 15. Monitoring and reporting of contractors scheduling and planning activities aiming at completion of the work scope within assigned duration. 16. Providing meaningful accurate historical data. 17. Developing totally integrated EPC Enterprise Planning amp Controls schedulescost control programs. 18. Preparing and analyzing the project cash flows. Job Requirements bull BSc. In Construction Management. bull Minimum 57 years of experience. bull Excellent use of Primavera andor MS Project. bull Good use of AutoCAD. bull Excellent command in surfing and navigating the internet.
