This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for designing and overseeing warehouse operations of the
United Machinery Solutions Company “the Company” in Saudi Arabia. This includes management of the provision of
materials spare parts equipment and supplies by directing receiving warehousing distribution services and the supervision of
staff. Profit center responsibility is also according to the given target and budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Warehouse Management
· Maintain receiving warehousing and distribution operations by initiating coordinating and
developingenforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures ensuring that the
warehouse is operating efficiently and effectively.
· Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system. Identify
forecast and determine optimal levels of inventory according to business requirements.
· Ensure that warehouse supervisors direct warehouse employees in the proper storage inventory and
handling in and out goods within specified productivity cost and quality standards. Resolve operational
issues quickly and effectively.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional
publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Management of complex warehousing facilities to include automatic warehouses custom designed storage
areas high rack storage bulk storage fixed bin storage and all other commonly used storage areas
· Definition and adaptation of a limitless variety of storage bins for use in your specific warehousing complex
· Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting
equipment spare parts issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
· Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching counseling and disciplining employees planning
monitoring and appraising job results.
