Working in our account management team you will be playing a crucial role in continuing to drive our business to keep growing and will be part of a dynamic team culture with strong internal networks and support right up to management level.



Responsibilities



As an Account Manager you are responsible for the direction management and leverage of the SquareOne total relationship with existing targeted accounts including service delivery customer satisfaction account penetration and commercial management. In addressing the customer’s needs the Account Manager will draw on SquareOne's full product and service portfolio.



In addition the Account Manager will draw upon other resources within the SquareOne e.g. PreSales Engineers Marketing Customer Care Professional Services Business Development etc.

· Develop and maintain Business Plan BP under which all activities will operate in collaboration with sales management presales marketing and professional services

· Present Business Plan to relevant senior SquareOne management

· Develop an indepth understanding of the customer’s prospect’s business structure practices challenges and requirements within the context of the customer’s prospect’s business sector

· Develop and maintain a longterm strategic Account Development Plan ADP for Named Target Accounts

· The ADP will include the identification and championing of new or improved SquareOne offerings to match the customer’s longterm business requirements

· Direct all activities to maximize the share of the addressable market through the provision of SquareOne services and through the penetration of all parts of the customer’s global organization

· Present ADPs to senior SquareOne management and ensure their support

· Liaise with other departments e.g. Professional Services Marketing Customer Care and third party partners e.g. Systems Integrators to create a virtual account team

· Champion the customer’s needs and issues throughout SquareOne. Deliver ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction

· Provide direction to ensure efficient application of appropriate SquareOne resources to progress all issues impacting revenue new business and customer satisfaction

· Develop business cases as necessary to meet the ADP objectives

· Lead manage and motivate both direct and indirect members of the account team ensuring that they are aligned with the ADP objectives and are fully executing their responsibilities

· Ensure effective implementation and ongoing management of customer satisfaction and executive contact programs

· Provide indepth management reports to ensure effective communication to senior SquareOne management of the business relationship

· Bachelors or Master’s Degree

· Enthusiastic and committed with professional appearance

· Demonstrable high level of energyself starter

· Comfortable dealing at all levels in an international environment both internally and externally

· Demonstrably creative

· Very good language skills in Arabic and English fluent in written and spoken

· 5 years enterprise software sales experience successfully selling high level corporate softwaretechnology solutions at the executive level

· 2 years of highly successful sales experience in Talent ManagementHR software applications

· Proven sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation

· Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and nontechnical executives.
