1. Maintains and develop healthy relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
2. Makes direct contact and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
3. Creates and maintain database of existing and potential clients.
4. Coordinates with Telemarketing the products to offer for quotation and tender
5. Prepares Quotation when needed
6. Post Sales Follow-up
7. Solving client’s problems professionally and on time, being polite and careful.
8. Provides professional advice to clients about their orders, and if some items are not available on stock, recommends other products having similar characteristics
9. Attends seminar/training for new products and inform clients during sales visit
10. Follow- up and collect payments
11. To meet or exceed monthly sales target
12. Submits daily sales activity report to Sales Manager
13. Maintain an efficient teamwork and attitude
14. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior
