Recruitment Manager

•Established networks and relationships within the Client’s organization as well as across the relevant industry sectors by undertake candidate market research and cold calls to source candidates and referrals and attending relevant events and functions to form new relationships

•Manage the End to End Recruitment Process i.e. staff requisition sourcing candidates interviewing reference checking and offer management etc.

•Develop and implement strategies to develop Client’s internal talent pool with a view to facilitating registration of all internal talent in skills in demand. Develop and maintain a register of critical internal talent.

•Analyze labor market trends workforce plans and organizational intelligence to identify occupational trends and develop attraction strategies and methods.

•Establish and implement talent supply systems and processes including planning and scheduling tactics for the recruitment of critical and scarce talent establishing protocols for migrating candidates from candidate pool to talent pool.

•Collaborate with hiring managers to develop programs for pro‐active recruitment activity with key clients including planning scheduling and resourcing for volume recruitment.

•Drive customer and stakeholder management with a strong focus on building networks and sourcing strategies. Provide professional HR advisory consultancy and project management services.

•Provide professional advice concerning Client’s core recruitment principles at all times and utilize corporate systems and processes to manage recruitment and selection activities.

•Research and analyze HR management needs and organizational trends and issues occurring at local state national and international levels that are likely to affect the strategic direction and delivery of Talent Supply services in meeting business needs.

•Develop and maintain departmental and organizational KPIs i.e. time to hire gap ratio Saudization rate … etc
