• Delivering projects on time and to the standards of the company and its clients.
• Representing the company by being a key contact for clients.
• Working both independently and as part of a team.
• Providing astute cost management advice, financial reporting as well as negotiating.
• Cost planning at all stages of design, interim valuations, managing change control and final accounts.
• Participate in presentations and meetings when required plus contribute to proposal documentation and team BUSINESS PLANS.
