Daytoday Operations
Supervises the daytoday operations of Quality monitoring section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
Job Specific Accountabilities
•Schedules training sessions. Prepare training calendar for the next six months with the consultation of Head of Training and circulate to all employees.
•Enrols and communicate session to department heads.
•Maintains effective edata of all staff for their training achievements needs and expectation.
Responsible for preparing Training venue.
Maintains effective filing system for retaining training material and data of providers including individual staff training files.
Prints certificates of attendance for all delegates
Schedules and conduct compliance training courses
Coordinates with external training vendors
Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or degree or equivalent – Business Admin. Industrial Mgmt Languages
Experience
Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience.
