Always wanted to work as a Senior Supervisor Inspection abroad?An excellent expat package comes with this great staff job opportunity!Summary To provide required Fabrication QAQC Material Vendor Inspection Electrical CP Cathodic Protection and Civil Inspection support to entire Petro Rabigh Complex facilities in order to operate the facility safety reliability and profitability To lead and direct a team of Engineers Lead Inspectors and Inspectors involved in an array of Engineering Disciplines namely Fabrication Quality Management Material Vendor Quality Verification Integrity Maintenance of all Electrical Civil Installations and Inspection Monitoring and Adjustments on CP Systems while adhering to proper engineering practices and industry standards To initiate and implement quality improvements to related Inspection Testing and Monitoring processes Ensure the safety standards are met by the inspection team at all times.ResponsibilitiesReports to Manager AIM Department and oversee and manage all inspection related activities within the scope of Fabrication QAQC Material Inspections at Warehouse Vendor Inspections Civil Structures Electrical Installations Inspections and CP Inspection Testing Monitoring activities.Ensure timely accurate and comprehensive inprocess OSI and TI inspections are performed in compliance with Project Specifications Purchase Order Specifications or Inspection Test Plan.Ensures that CP monitoring data is gathered organized reviewed adjusted and documented in compliance with applicable standards.Ensure QAQC dossiers are reviewed and accepted to close the project.Track ITP progress overdue inspection recommendations and CP effectiveness on monthly basisEnforce strict compliance to industry codes and standards related to subject QAQC material vendor electrical civil CP inspections performed by the section staff.Review and approve IWS ITPs equipment specific inspection reports and relevant tracking reports.Ensure the reporting is done with desired quality and comprehension and to expected accuracy.Review and assess the effectiveness of Civil Electrical Inspections CP monitoring and QAQC programs executed facilitywide and initiate necessary revisions or alternative plans to reach the desired quality goals without compromising the safety of the plant integrity.Implement cost saving activities as per Section's cost saving plan and manage the sectional operation cost with due diligence.Ensure assigned Section's engineering Tasks meet corporate safety and environmental policy and standards in order to minimize risk of industrial injuries and unwanted incidentsConduct performance reviews of subordinates and liaise with Human Resources to conduct staff development program and training needs to further enhance individual potential and contribution to the overall company's performanceExecute improvement need on the manufacturing facilities for more safety and competitive plants through trouble shooting engineering work request CAPEX and other means under the assigned unit.Carry out any specific assigned tasks by the company department on timely and effective manner and achieve the required results with best efforts and team work spirits.Minimum RequirementsEducationExperience Bachelor degree 4year fulltime course in Mechanical Chemical Corrosion Electrical Civil Engineering from a reputable university At least 16 years of professional experience in operational refineries andor petrochemical plants of which at least 8 years in technical supervisory and managerial positions in the field of Fabrication QAQC weld Inspections material vendor inspections Electrical installations and Civil structures Inspections. Specific Knowledge Business Understanding Proven knowledge and experience in appropriate use of applicable codes standards nondestructive test methods inspection planning electrical and civil inspection standards cathodic protection principles methods and monitoring process and emergency handling skills pertaining to Oil Gas processing plants related to subject fields.
