In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise be involved in longterm planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.



Owns FSE and GE Affiliate resource capacity and deployment management in the MEA region



Overall region ownership of recruiting and retention plans in coordination with the Resource Managers and Human Resource Manager HRM in the Region



Owns and drives overall recruiting retention and execution strategy for the Region



Collaborates with the COE team leaders on the technology development plan for region resources



Collaborates with the Region leadership team with the business planning sessions Session II and Operating Plan



Key point of contact for Region resources communications including but not limited to training EHS compliance etc.



Consolidates region forecast based on regional provided inputs



Drives ownership and accountability of business metrics within the Region including assigned metrics training etc.



Maintains constant awareness of the availability of FSE resource pool within the region



Communicates and interacts with the other Region Resource teams when resources within the subregion or region are not available



Communicates and interacts with the Center of Excellence COE team leaders when resources within the Region are not available to staff the demand



Owns and facilitates KeyEvent Planning sessions where applicable



Contributes with the development and execution of short and longrange resource planning based upon resource forecasts region business commitments recruitment attrition skills review retirements and resource development through advance level training



Provides leadership to ensure that business financial goals are met by driving assigned time unassigned time and field engineer utilization metrics



Supports strategic regional planning to include

o Maintaining and updating the service and installation forecast for the region

o Making recommendations for FSE's to attend training in line with the region's needs.

o Supporting the recruitment and FSE hiring strategy for the regionQualificationsRequirements Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Acircmiddot At least 5 additional years of experience in Field Services or OperationsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred Acircmiddot Strong customer service mindset Acircmiddot Ability to lead in a global environment Acircmiddot Strong oral and written communication skills Acircmiddot Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Acircmiddot Strong project management skills Acircmiddot Knowledge of industrial products Acircmiddot Six Sigma training is preferred
