KMC International are very pleased to be working with a highly regarded JV company in Abu Dhabi and who are looking to add a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their Maintenance Department.
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance professional to carry out the execution of electrical maintenance support activities and projects.
They will assist and support the predictive maintenance initiative and prepare specifications for new electrical equipment and execution of electrical maintenance MOCrsquos.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to hold at least a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
510 years experience working within Electrical Maintenance ndash ideally in a Plant Environment in the Oil amp Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- Must be able to do ETAP Studies
- Must have working experience in Spare parts management should be able to prepare alternative specifications for obsolete spare parts for all electrical equipment.
- Must have thorough knowledge on classified equipment inspections such as Exe Exd IS Loops.
- Must have good knowledge of IEC 60079 Standards.
- Must have good working exposure to Electrical Power Management Systems
- Must have good working knowledge of Electrical Switch Gears
- Should be able to do protection calculations and determine correct protection settings.
- Should have thorough working knowledge on synchronous machines power and distribution transformers Variable speed drives HVLV switchgears UPS and Battery Chargers.

This role comes with a Salary of approx 12500 USD per month which is inclusive of Housing amp Transportation Allowances and as well as this you will also receive a multitude of additional Living Allowances and Bonuses and a complete relocation package for the you and your family Return flights annually extensive holidays and Schooling is Paid for up to 4 children. Not forgetting that the package is completely TAX FREE.
