Job Description:
Minimum experience of 10 years in running sales operations and managing sales people with 5-10 years’ experience in a large, multi-national software/technology organization.
Proven strong sales track record in the assigned industry space to the Large Enterprise segment
Very Extensive sales experience, a collaborative management style and disposition and capability to work in a networked organization
Good familiarity and in-depth knowledge of the software market of the assigned solution in the assigned market units (competition, customers and partners)
Knowledge in Security/Antivirus Solutions an added advantage. Proven sales track record in capturing market share, and growing a profitable sales business in the assigned solution area. Strong ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner
An MBA / Postgraduate degree will be a plus factor
Very extensive sales experience, a collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams
Strong track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner
Good ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good Decision Maker/Problem Solver
Very Strong capabilities in value based and proactive selling
Excellent execution of sales plans and activities.
Good negotiation skills
Good Project Management Skills
Can work and meet given corporate sales targets on monthly/annual basis
