Objective To manage a performance measurement process towards driving business strategies improving and monitoring internal performance with regard to services delivered across HMG.

Subordinates PMS Specialist

Requirements


University Qualifications BSc. in Industrial Engineering Human Resources Business Administration



The nature and length of previous experience 57 years of experience preferred in a healthcare environment with 3 years in a performance measurement position.



Specialist knowledge Experience of deploying balanced scorecard methodologies and competency driven performance.
