The Role
Full responsibility of identifying creating implementing reviewing successful Comprehensive amp integrated plans for all Technical and Maintenance operations. In Order to enhance activities for the Company to enhance customer service levels amp Cost efficiency to meet approved standards and objectives with high responsiveness to Customer needs amp business opportunities by defining amp implemented strategies aimed at retention and enhancement of existing market share.
As senior member the responsibilities encompass Operational processes Business Development Manufacturing Technical Processes and Procurement. The Operational responsibility is to oversee the status of the product in the market presenting financial results like profit and loss evaluated procurement process from manufacturing and logistics.. Follow product development to reach the best technical status
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare and implement strategic amp operational plans
2. Monitor the existing system and to make continuous improvements however maintaining effective amp efficient processes.
3. Managing the processes of preparation implementation of all Company strategic operational plans budgets and adequate strategies to achieve agreed goals amp objectives
4. Synergetic approach among all business units through timely effective communication to all target groups.
5. Monitoring the achievements and deviations through the Company plans and providing regularly progress reports to the board detailing all types of corrective and preventive actions.
6. Maintaining the Company’s documentation and Quality Management system. Continuous improvement of the system through maximizing the benefits of having strong management information system applications.
7. Monitoring and Improving team performance
8. Building capacities and knowledge of the operational and technical staff regarding professional technical and performance through best practices.
9. Full compliance and adherence with existing policies and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering is a must P.M.P and Master degree in management or engineering is preferable
• 1012 years experience 0506 years in the similar field.
• Very good command of both written and oral English and Arabic desirable
