The Role
Working for this multinational beauty business and reporting to the GM your primary responsibilities will be to
Develop a portfolio of designer fragrances brands across key accounts such as Faces Vavavoom and Sephora across the Kingdom
Define the strategy and set the targets across key accounts for each brand
Ensure the achievement of sellin and sellout targets
Oversee the sales force across Saudi Arabia and ensure sales objectives are being met
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following
Strong sales experience in the beauty retail or FMCG industry in the Middle East
Evidence of growing a business and achievingexceeding sales targets
Fluency in English amp Arabic
Excellent leadership and communications skills
