The Human Resources Manager will be hands-on and involved in all aspects of human resource activities for the company, including the hiring and screening processes, wage and salary standards, employee benefit packages, employee scheduling, cost controls, change management, and documentation. In this opportunity, you will hire, build, lead and mentor a high performing team of employees at all levels. You will also establish industry best practices in human resource methodologies, processes, procedures and policies to achieve safe, efficient and profitable execution of company's aggressive growth plans and overall HR strategy.
