Our client is an international provider of Further amp Higher Education. We are current supporting them on the quotColleges of Excellencequot programme in Saudi Arabia. These vocational colleges offer two and threeyear technical training programs to Saudi students between the ages of 1823 all courses are underpinned by quality English Language training and we currently need male and female English Language Teachers for multiple locations.
Essential Job Functions
- Teach up to 25 hours per week plus cover teaching if required
- Prepare lessons
- Assess and report on student progress
- Use technology such as LMS IWBs online testing and eLearning applications as
mandated by institutional policies
- Counsel students on their progress
- Attend departmental meetings and professional development sessions

- English is used in the delivery of all lessons

- A positive classroom atmosphere and rapport is maintained to facilitate the
implementation of communicative methodologies
- All lessons work toward achieving the objectives of the syllabi
- Instructors use a variety of techniques procedures materials and technologies in their lessons
Required Skills
- Minimum Bacheloracirc128153s degree required English or Literature or TESOL or Education majoring in Teaching
- Delta or Celta preferred as an alternative a TESOL andor TEFL andor ESOL andor PGCE with minimum 120 hours in class and minimum 6 hours of observed teaching could be an acceptableOnline degrees will NOT be considered unless itacirc128153s blended learning from a reputable university
- MAacirc128153s in TESOL that have a teaching practicum will be acceptable as well.
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching secondary or higher level students
- Experience with the KEYPET examinations is a plus
- Prior teaching experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred not essential
