Plant Description
The high Hydrogen Sulphide H2S percentage content of the feed gases together with the magnitude of processed gas produced sulphur will set a new benchmark for the world gas processing and treatment industry. The new SGD facilities will be designed to process approximately 1000 MMSCFD of feed gas.
The feed gas is expected to contain approximately 23 mole H2S making HSE a critical component of this project.
The SGD Project covers three main elements
Gas Gathering System and Processing Facilities
The Gas Gathering System collects the well stream fluid from the various Shah wells and transports it to the Shah Gas Plant. The Shah Gas Plant is a new gas plant to be installed in the Shah Field. The Shah Gas Plant will consist of the Process Plant Sulphur Recovery Units Utilities and Offsites and Nonprocess Buildings.
Product Pipelines
New product pipelines are needed to transport sales gas condensate and NGL from the Shah Gas Plant. A new pipeline will transport sales gas to the Habshan area while two additional pipelines will transport condensate and NGL to tiein points on the existing AsabHabshan pipeline.
Sulphur Management System
The new Sulphur Management facilities will be designed to accommodate about 10000 TPD of sulphur from SGD.
The new facilities under the SGD Project are planned to be executed under the following separate but related ten 10 EPC packages
Job description
He supports the Commissioning manager in the activities of planning execution
documentation preparation and hand over to the Company of the facilities as per project
requirements.
He ensures at site the implementation of the procedures.
He operates in compliance with the quality requirements healthenvironmentalsafety
regulations and following the stated procedures.
He will act as Commissioning Manager when the Commissioning Manager is on leave
andor on business assignment.
Hierarchical position
He reports to the Commissioning Manager.
He is assigned to the Project by AVIMP Head of Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Define the detailed procedures with the supervisors
Define the daily activities and develop the day by day planning following the priorities
indicated by the commissioning manager
Assign the tasks to the supervisors
Ensure that all precommissioning and commissioning activities are carried out
according to stated procedures and agreed schedule.
Ensure that quality standards and safety procedures are being followed by
commissioning staff including adherence to work permit requirements.
Prepare and implement a plan which considers constraints resulted from the
construction phasing to optimize the overall project schedule
Liaise with Client Project Team Project Management Subcontractors Vendors Representatives
Assist the QA Site in implementing the handover system and preparing the
Commissioning Documentation Dossier for hand over to the Company
Coordinate with QA the Commissioning Dossier preparation
Attend the PreStartupSafetyReview PSSR meetings
Develop and foster working relationship with Company Operation Manager in order to
enable a seamless handover
Approve and issue the Permit to Work.
