The Role
The role will be based in Saudi Arabia Eastern Province however you will be responsable for sales throughout the Kingdom. You will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding specific revenue targets new business development and account management for potential admixture clients.
It is expected that you should be comfortable approaching clients in a new market to identify their needs introduce and educate them on the company’s products.
The role is very selfdirected so you must be confident enough to be able to hunt and identify opportunities in the assigned market.
You must have the enough interpersonal skills required to approach and win business.
Our client is a leading holding company focused on building materials infrastructure industrial oil field services and more. Operating accross Saudi Arabia and neighboring Arab countries.
Requirements
To be successfully shortlisted and considered for interview you will have all of the following
Currently located or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
Education Civil engineer or chemist with Bachelor
Worked before in the Construction Chemical Industry or Ready mixed Concrete Industry 10 years experience
Experience in Concrete Admixtures
Lead and build up the Admixture Team 510 persons
The ability to speak totrain others effectively about concrete admixtures
Coordinate sales team Technical Service RampD
Manage interfaces between Production and Sales
A proven track record in sales target achievement
Strong commercial oriented – strong negotiation skills
Selfstarter highly motivated handson
Can do attitude
Winning key customers
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
