Regional Training Manager – Eastern Region

Regional Training Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the Border Guard Training. The role includes monitoring evaluation and reporting of the training activities and the coordination of training activities based on customer needs contractual agreements performed by partners and potential suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage prepare plan and execute all training activities in their allocated region for the KSA Border Guard project.

•Execute the SIE training delivery schedule for the allocated region.

•Coordinate activities and training resources involved

•Monitor the project training budget for the allocated region to ensure an efficient usage.

•Act as the Key Contact for delivery teams and its members in all questions regarding customer operational and technical training.

•Establish functional control of Regional Training teams.

•Deputize for the Training Delivery Manager as required.

Education

•Bachelor in Training or Training related professions Education Administration Economics or Psychology.

•Practical experience in training delivery OntheJob Training OJT and coaching in large organisations.

•Experience in working within a customer oriented environment

•Very good understanding of organizational processes training processes desirable

•Ability to effectively identify gaps between project required skills and the employees’ skills and knowledge

•Good knowledge of the internal and external training market

•Strong understanding of performance and quality assurance management and support

•Strong understanding of HR management and training

•Ability to convince other executives and team members

•Understanding of large and complex projects

•General to expert computer literacy
