Our client a leading Property Development & Real Estate company is seeking MEP Technicians - Tenant Relations for their Riyadh head office.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Property Management. You will be responsible for Retail Delivery & Maintenance.
Shop Fitting:
• To assist in conducting briefings for new Tenants and their Contactors regarding adherence to the rules, regulations, safety guidelines, insurance policies and Tenant Design Criteria Handbook.
• To assist in preparing the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings, form 3 (Technical information) and the Tenant Design Criteria, which will be forwarded to new Tenants.
• To assist in handing over of units to new or replacement Tenants.
• To review and comment on all submissions for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings and inform that Tenant and his Contractor accordingly.
• To supervise the daily inspections for monitoring the progress of units under fit-out.
• To ensure that the Tenants’ Contractors are adhering to the rules, regulations, guidelines and Tenant Design Criteria Handbook.
• To assist in carrying out the final inspections for units that are preparing for opening.
• To assist in yielding up of units from Tenants vacating the premises.
• To carry out modifications to the Tenant Design Criteria when necessary.
• To generate the layout plans for units when necessary.
Maintenance Coordination:
• To follow up with Technical Team in all maintenance and engineering issues.
• To supervise the lighting redesign in the Car Park.
• To study any new proposal for enhancement in the Common Property & Facilities.
• To train Junior Staff and prepare the water and electricity bills for all the End-Users.
• To provide engineering support and technical assistance in all operation and maintenance issues.
• To provide water and electricity readings for PMD Management.
