Reporting to the Group CFO based in Jeddah you will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the financial control environment through the improvement of policies procedures and systems as well as training and developing your team. Your role also requires you to perform the following tasks
Project management of the new ERP implementation
Project manage the establishment and ongoing leadership of the Shared Services team c.25ppl
Provide leadership and help drive change across the broader finance team and other business departments
Continual improvement and documentation of finance policies and procedures as well as training of the finance team
Overseeing the monthly payroll process for thousands of employees ensuring accurate and timely processing
Day to day management of the treasury function including the management of key banking relationships
Responsible for the completion of the audited financial statements and liaison with external auditors
Ensuring that all business dealings are compliant with local KSA laws and regulations
Who we39re looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced candidate that meets the following requirements
Fluent Arabic speaker this is mandatory
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related business degree
Membership in a recognized professional accounting body CPA CMA ACCA
Previous experience with an ERP implementation and or set up of a shared services team
You must have strong technical accounting experience from a large and complex multinational organisation
You will possesses strong governance and procedural knowledge in order to develop internal systems and processes that will ensure a highly efficient and well controlled finance department
Significant staff management experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform strategic finance presentations to the senior management team.
