Job Description The CompanyRobert Half is working exclusively with a Fortune 1000 company based in Saudi Arabia.The RoleTo be the key contact for the Finance Director GCC for all Finance Commercial HR related queries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Offices including Jeddah Riyadh Dammam. Your role will be to support and mentor a team of 20 staff and allow Branch Manager to focus on higher level issues including Sales and Core Business Development.Take full ownership of the financial monthly reporting to GCC as per the month end deadlinesTo monitor and act upon any red flags highlighted from the monthly scorecardTo be the SAP champion for KSA reporting back to FD for the GCC region to ensure a smooth implementation of the ERP systemTo mentor a staff force of 20 staff from an HR perspective ensuring timely appraisals are performed and that staff concerns are addressed promptly thus allowing less involvement from Branch ManagerTake full ownership of the holistic debt reporting and action planning for the KSA region regularly meet with all clients and ensure action plans are maintained and executedReview and monitor cash injection requests and advise Finance Director of any concerns ahead of timeConduct Internal audits of all departments as directedTo support the Branch Manager in his requests for information to allow him to drive the business locally including requests for statements of account and up to date billing information.Will also need to take full ownership of Logistics and any IT related issues locally in KSA including overseeing the warehouse manager and his team.Candidate RequirementsPart qualified qualification in Accountancy ICAEW ACCA FCCA CIMAProven track record of monthly reporting deadlinesExcellent command of the English Language both written and spokenStrong communication skillsMust be able to speak Arabic fluentlyExperience of working with an ERP system e.g. SAP Oracle DAX or Great PlainsExperience of working with Letters of Credit LC's within KSASalary BenefitsAED 30000 Per MonthKey Skills SAPERPOracleITAbout Company Corporate HistoryFounded in 1948 Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialised staffing firm.
