THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Minimum 10 yearsrsquo experience in well intervention and servicing in the offshore Oil and Gas industry
- In depth knowledge of offshore standards and guidelines
- North Sea experience an advantage
- Understanding of Marine Markets and key players a requirement
- Exceptional leadership and coaching.
- An influencer with a strong character who is able to engage people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Time management planning and prioritization skills combined with the ability to drive multiple projects at the same time.
- Computing skills including MS Office
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To build the companyrsquos well servicing capability within the organisation and market the organisationrsquos service to prospective clients worldwide.
- Provide effective leadership on all well servicing projects from concept selection to implementation.
- Market and promote company well services to clients on a worldwide basis building the organisation reputation as partner choice.
- Engage and liaise as appropriate with Well Service Companies for expert market data in relation to selfelevating selfpropelled vessels in various regions of interest to the organisation.
- To provide functional expertise and direction on all Well Intervention and Servicing projects providing advice guidance and direction to key personnel as required in order to enhance and build capability.
- Take the lead in evaluating and contributing to client contracts in relation to well servicing requirements in order to execute the planned well servicing activities in compliance to company and client requirements.
- Evaluates and drive efficiency and effectiveness of current company policies and processes in regards well intervention and servicing operations ensuring safe operation and strict compliance with industry standards.
