Service Manager Saudi Arabia

. Purpose of the Job To manage depot based service team providing maximum availability of equipment at all times being maintained and serviced in line with policies and procedures and to provide a first class service to all customers.

Job AccountabilitiesKey Responsibilities • Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and effectively manage PL related responsibilities. • Minimize equipment that is under repair and awaiting inspection ensuring maximum availability at all times adhering to predetermined regional target. • Ensure compliance with Global Service Centre Standards GSCS within working environment at all times. • Ensure all service related documentation is completed inline with procedures and process maps. • Manage the execution of regular maintenance and servicing of all equipment in accordance with service procedures. • Coach and train all direct reports on procedures including EHS Best Operating Policy ISO90012000 and ensure compliance. • Ensure all equipment dispatched is prepared to the highest standards in line with procedures. • Comply with OEM warranty procedures. • Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and resources and communicate to Area Operations Manager where unable to resolve. • Conduct regular equipment and site installation inspections within depotclients sites to ensure equipment condition and site installations are inline with standards. • Ensure that the commissioning decommissioning of sites are following standards and BOP’s. • Proactively manage manpower planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved with the resources available in the depot. • Ensure that local purchases are conducted in line with the approved supplier's list and passed to the relevant department for processing. • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams where applicable. • Demonstrate adherence to ERP inventory level defined for the depot. • React effectively to technical support of field equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working hours when required. • Conduct induction performance appraisal development and training of direct reports. • Commitment to and involvement in Orange Excellence. • Actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Health Safety Environmental policies operating procedures and compliance to local legislation including external and internal audits. • Any other duties considered related essential duties for effective operations and service as requested. Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree in MechanicalElectrical or equivalent qualifications • Minimum Five years of experience in Power generation or other related fields • Holding managerial role for the last 23 years • Has extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both • Availability to travel as and when required • Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business • Depot based job but requires frequent visits to the sites

Person Specification • Effective communication skills • Fluent command of English language spoken and written • Experience in Service Mobility ERP System is desired • Ability to empathize and understand perspectives of others • Effective planning organizational and time management skills • Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate • To be able to communicate effectively with customers when required • High level of commitment and loyalty • Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines • Capable of working on hisher own initiative • Able to work long hours in demanding conditions
