This group of all girl39s FE colleges in Saudi Arabia are looking to appoint a Senior Principal with overall responsibility for the overall delivery of the contract and learning experience. The colleges are based in Dammam and Al39Quwaiiyah and as such travel around the Kingdom will be a required part of the position. You will be part of the British organisation39s leadership team of Saudi Operations with this being a new entity you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in mobilising colleges.
Duties included in the role are through partnership and collaboration with the SMT the design and implementation the student and employee journey. This will include responsibility for the success of the English Language programme in year one and then the implementation of suitable vocational routes in year two onward. You will take ownership of the assessment strategy with maximum achievement in mind. You will have overall leadership of the operational proceedures that ensure the student journey can be achieved and meets the contractual obligations of the supplier.
Other duties will include but are not restricted to responsibility for the development of the colleges annual Self Assessment Report in conjunction with college principals39 and the developments recommended therein. Lead on the Saudi Skills Standards Periodic Institutional Review as well as establish and embed a Quality Improvement Framework and produce annual plans. You will also maintain overall responsibility for the financial performance budget and management of all 3 female college39s.
The client is looking for successful applicants who are able to demonstrate the following experience or qualifications
Candidates will have a relevant teaching qualification and be educated to degree level or equivalent. You should have experience of successful teaching and learning within an FE environment and experience working in the Middle East education sector would be desirable. You should be able to demonstrate those key qualities of effective leadership in the form of Motivating and empowering others to achieve demonstrate a readiness to listen when required and take the initiative when required making informed decisions be passionate about working with people have experience at leading a multinational team and demonstrate relevant adaptability in dealing with changing circumstances and demands.
