. An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading international engineering contractors as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for a role based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. You will join the onsite commercial team at a prestigious ongoing rail and metro project in Riyadh.
You will take responsibility for leading and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to handle the postcontract costing estimation and cost cost control among your other responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will liaise with the client producing reports both internally and for client presentation purposes. You will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.
For client approval purposes you must be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS.
