Therefore your primary objectives and functions will include ·Empowered and accountable for the management and delivery of a very high profile Managed Service providing communications for a military customer in Saudi Arabia. ·Responsible for fulfilling the responsibilities of the company under the terms and conditions of the contract issued by the UK Government on behalf of the Saudi Customer. ·Responsible for sound leadership and ensuring the professional conduct of the multifunctional service delivery team this is likely to be from 5090 in number depending on the Region. Summary of Duties and responsibilities The regional team comprises multinational staff and operates and maintains the Saudi Customers communications installations that are widely dispersed across Saudi Arabia.The key responsibilities of the Regional Director are 1.Ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver ·Effective leadership of the companies Managed Services staff deployed within the Region. ·Continuous and highlevel of Customer satisfaction. ·High standard of operational management of the Saudi Customers communications network ·High standard of maintenance of all equipment and buildings as required by the contract including quality health and safety in accordance with ISO standards 2.Fully accountable for the Regional budget. 3.Creation of cooperative working relationships with the Saudi Customer UK MoD Liaison Officer and local subcontractors. 4.To assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. Contact with others InternalExternalMeetings The Regional Director is an important representative at the Regional level for my client. The postholder will be expected to manage effective business relationships with a wide stakeholder group including senior officers from the Saudi Customer and the UK MOD as well as internal HR Commercial and Finance Directors.
