DEPARTMENT Operations
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policies and Procedures.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and update Company’s Quality Management Plan
Review and update Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policies and Procedures
Develop and monitor processes for implementing the Company’s QA & QC Policies and Procedures
Prepare QA/AC Plan for the Tenders and Projects
Develop and implement QA/QC training programme for the projects staff
Provide QA/QC support and advice to the projects teams
Carry out formal audits and monitor the corrective actions to completion / close out
Develop KPI’s and monitor to achieve continuous improvements in projects performance
Ensure ITP’s are prepared and implemented for the projects
Obtain appropriate accreditation for the Company
Represent the Company in QA/QC forums and meeting with Clients and Consultants
