The role will cover the entire portfolio of Life Services products across Bioprocessing Research amp Applied Markets Invitro Diagnostics amp Service.Essential Responsibilities

Directing market assessments to identify opportunities and strategic country focus.



Development of the Blueprint for the business for Middle East amp Africa



Creating and orchestrating the market development activities in target countries working with MoH Ministries of Industry Academics Research Institutes and industry pharma associations



Establishing executive relationships and managing key accounts including MoH amp Academic



Pursue partnerships around research and bioprocessing opportunities.



Engaging the Enterprise Solutions experts to drive closure of direct deals in the region as well as leveraging the Life Sciences technology experts and scientists.



Partnering with other functional team members including Finance Marketing OTR Service Legal amp HR to help the region achieve its goals as well as GGO and HCS Solutions team members in target countries.



Maintaining a solid understanding of current market dynamics and Life Sciences trends within the region



Quality Specific Goals





Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job typeposition



Complete all planned Quality amp Compliance training within the defined deadlines



Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required



Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and AntiCompetition Policies including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines NEMA Regulations etc. and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US Int'l Law is broken.



Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies GE Healthcare Fleet Rules etc. and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US Int'l Law is broken



Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.



Drive continuous improvement on all related processes work instructions and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.QualificationsRequirements

Minimum 10 years of sales experience



Biopharma educational qualifications along with a MBA



2 years of managing large teams accounts



Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives at customer sites.



Demonstrated executive level relationship building
