Government Relations Officer works to coordinate with the business and provide support around all areas of government relations.

Responsibilities may include



  • Monitor amp Supervise Daily Activities of Expeditors.

  • Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures Change of Sponsorship Issuance of new Iqama’s Renewal of Iqama’s Iqama Transfers processing Visit Visa Exit Reentry Visa Final Exit Visa etc.

  • Prepares the documents for the Iqama Renewals Change of Sponsorship Etc.

  • Responsible for Nitaqat processSaudization percentagenbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp

  • Attend the complex cases in Courts Ministry of Commerce on behalf of company if required.

  • Following renewal maintain all company documents such as CR Saudization GOSI tax etc.

  • Communicate with all employees and their management for all governmental requests.

  • Keep all documents required by governmantal agencies while processing them and submitting them to the concerned employee.

  • Coordinate with all agencies for processing work VISA.

  • Coordinate with HR and FL department and update them for new hiring status.

  • Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes.

  • Attestation of legal documents from Chamber of Commerce.

  • Processes forwards and collectsnbsplegal documents related to the contracts Ministry of Labour and Immigration Passport office airport sea port STC Municipality etc.

  • Proactive and advance notification about any changes in government rules and regulations.

  • Ensures each staff executes daily assignments appropriately.

  • Developing excellent relations with all Government Offices.

  • Coordinating with staff regarding personal issues related to governmental applications asnbsprequired.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp

  • Controlling the In amp Out of Custody of Passport and generate weekly Task Reports

  • Updating amp Maintaining the Employee information in HRMS System.

  • Manages resources to execute assigned Tasks.



  • Skills


    Computer Literate MS Office Skills Word Excel amp PowerPoint.

    Command over English and Arabic languages.


    Education


    GraduateDiploma in administration.


    Professional Knowledge in Labor Office and Governmental Regulations.


    Professional knowledge of administrative procedures and policies applied at the Company.


    Professional knowledge of Governmental Procedures in issuing licenses and other related documents.
