| Responsibilities Teach English Language to college students according to the Curriculum Redesign and adjust existing course materials for teaching the respective student groups Redesign and adjust existing English language tests and exams for use in the colleges Develop and apply attractive and innovative e.g. visualizations cases examples and interactive teaching methods Contribute effectively to the English language team’s collective responsibility Apply remedial teaching in case of student learning problems Report on student results according to college rules and regulations Develop and redesign lesson plans and share within the English language team Support the effective operation of all college administrative processes Liaise with College support staff nbspfor coaching and educational assistance Participate in CINOP Training of Trainers workshops and similar professionalization initiatives Participate in staff meetings and other college gatherings Report to English Language Coordinator |
