Our client is looking for Engineering Manager to UAE location in Middle East.
Job Purpose
Direct and manage the activities of a multidiscipline engineering team by providing high caliber professional engineering services to all projects under the infrastructure project.
Principal Accountabilities
- Define and formulate the overall strategy for the provision of high quality engineering expertise in all disciplines during FEED and EPC phases of all the infrastructure project
- Initiate manage and control the execution of engineering studies and the development of engineering phases of projects
- Manage engineering input to Scope of Work for FEED and EPC phases of the projects to meet project objectives
- Lead the techincal team during the tendering process to select and award FEED and EPC Contract to qualified and internationally reputed contractors
- Recruit and manage multidiscipline engineering teams from both company and PMC and ensure their effective utilization in providing quality support to Project
- Manage and supervise engineering teams of FEEDEPC Contractor
Qualification amp Experience
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 15 years work experience with 5 years in senior supervisory managerial capacity in management of engineering services
- Extensive experience in various areas of engineering. Technical management experience in major FEED and ePC projects
- Leadership interpersonal coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to bring in new concepts and ideas
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Computer applications
