Service Desk Support Engineer - Experts International Recrutiment Services

We are currently looking for Service Desk Support Engineers having Degree or Diploma in any IT related discipline. Candidate must have at least 3-5 related work experience in a technical service/help desk position using BMC Remedy IT Service Management toolset and supporting Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 (or later), Internet Explorer 9 (or later) and business applications in a business environment. Knowledge of ITIL V3 service management and expertise in diagnosing, analyzing and resolving technical issues are a MUST.
