Senior Executive - Government Relations

Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses and registrations.



Liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services.



Accountable for procurement of visas, renewals, medicals, NOC’s, Arabic typing and the administration involved.



Any support provided will be in line with local legislations and company policy.



Obtain permits for special sites as required and requested by the concerned HR representative.



Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.



Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of visas as requested by the HR representative.



Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.



Represent the Company for any legal cases / hearings and report to the concerned on the outcome with recommendations on how the Company should respond while protecting the interest of the Company and complying with local regulation.



Provide an effective employee relations service to line managers and staff, ensuring that advice and/or counseling is given as appropriate to ensure equitable treatment of staff, within policy, and that such matters are properly documented.
