Rental Sales Supervisor - Automak Automotive Company K.S.C.C

Position Overview:

Implements the Rental departments strategy and performs lease sales activities which includes forecasting, generating lease contracts to achieve/exceeds sales targets, maintains excellent customer relations, prepares sales contracts, reports on daily basis of sales call activities with existing, prospected customers and timely billing of existing contracts.



Main Position Functions:

1) Maintains interactions with the existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers in the sector.

2) Visits existing and potential customers to stimulate interest in establishing and expanding vehicle rental programs and offers.

3) Updates customers about the advantages and benefits in dealing with the company for current and future opportunities.

4) Gathers all necessary information and prepares detailed market research including pricing structure, competitor survey and current customer trends.

5) Attends customer calls and responds to their quires through phone, and performs necessary reservations as per client requirement by conforming the payment.

6) Provides necessary advice and options for the customer’s vehicle needs by confirming the availability of vehicles, terms and conditions and applicable Leasing charges.

7) Prepares and submits Lease quotations to credit customers based on the approved rates by confirming the Credit payment terms and conditions and obtaining necessary documents like commercial license of the company, Commercial Registration, Authorized signatory from Ministry of Social affairs and submit it for further approval from department manager and Accounts manager.

8) Secures Bank Guarantee Amount that is equal to the Total Contract Value, from credit customers and forwards it for further approval from the dept manager and Accounts Manager

9) Secures advance payment from customers where applicable and report any discrepancies to the department manager.

10) Prepares Vehicle Purchase Orders as instructed by the Corporate Leasing Manager.

11) Performs necessary sales tasks to achieve monthly financial targets and other related tasks to increase sales, evaluating sales campaign and revising administrative procedures.

12) Computes and tabulates leasing charges based on the term of contract and anticipated mileage of the vehicle by applying the standard leasing charges approved by the department Manager.

13) Prepares all Monthly Leasing Invoices from ERP system and submits to department Manager for Approval, and submits the approved Invoices to clients on the 1st of each month.

14) Provides necessary assistance to Collectors for the monthly Payment collection of invoices.

15) Maintains and updates all necessary information related to leasing agreements and contract in ERP system timely without any delay.

16) Prepares and submits all periodic Sales reports to department Manager.

17) Monitors and track the leasing contract overdue vehicles and reports to department Manager for extension of the contract or receive back the vehicles from the contract.

18) Communicates and follows up with customers for the renewal of Bank Guarantee Amount and secures the payment before the expiry and performs necessary action to renew it on time.

19) Maintains and keeps records of all Leasing agreements, Contracts and other related documents filed properly and in easily retrievable way.

20) Handles customers to meet their expectations and performs satisfaction survey and submits the report to Supervisor and Manager
