This position requires the interaction with almost every function in GEMTEC Service Center and its customers so good coordination skills are a must. Process all job entries in SAP duringafter ITO process based on details communicated from several organizations as well as from other Service Centers.
Update SAP with estimate figures such as cost sales and planned delivery date.
Follow up job status during OTR process and keep SAP up to date after coordinating with Cell Leader and Ops Leader. This coordination will require knowledge of customer requirements including Want Date Purchase Order Billing and Shipping details.
Leading Cell Production Meetings to drive 96 OTD.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Stores to obtain required material
Contact and give update customers on job status.
Coordinate with Logistics for shipments
Continually improve scheduling toolsQualificationsRequirements 4year Engineering degree or Similar.
Good Computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills interpersonal oral and written.Additional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Gas Turbine experienceknowledge. Productionplanning experience. Project management skills
