Provide product expertise on MI Modality that includes SPECT SPECT CT PETCT Radio pharmacy and Cyclotron for Saudi Arabia Customers. Maximize sales orders market shares customer satisfaction of MI modality. Work closely with the Account Managers in order to optimize modality revenues. Interface with the Modality ManagerEssential Responsibilities Sell and maximize the value of each project including accessories and services. Coresponsibility with account manager for order entry process using the company process.
Work with Account Manager to define and implement the modality sales strategy. Close deal on his or her assigned modality. Provide technical amp clinical expertise on MI products.
Provide data timely to Modality Manger to enable tracking of market size share and Install base retention. Provide accurate forecast using information tools available. Communicate effectively with members of SalesMarketingServices amp execution team. Organize product demonstrations site visits and follow up.
Preparation and coordination of tender response and validation of tender documentation in collaboration with Account manager using the tools provided on timely manner.
Generate record and maintain customer profiles including keeping track of key clinical amp technical decision makers for assigned Country. Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
Assist the Account Manager with post sale follow up in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Involved in driving major company initiatives eg One GE healthcare Imagination Breakthrough Simplification Clinical Education etc..
Is an active team player at region and function level?
Obligations to follow the GEMS Quality Policy and procedures maintain effective quality systems compliant with applicable standards laws. Build Key opinion Leader from Saudi customer to gain trust and build Key reference sites for new product introductions.QualificationsRequirements Analytical skills to be able to identify customer requirements and adapt training needs pinpoint technical or application issues for resolution with the technical team.
Be able to work autonomously and take initiatives in a fast evolving environment.
Have strong training skills to teach customers and sales team on functions and applications in the learning style which suits best the situation. Being able to work under stressful conditions.
Need for a strong willingness and focus on customer satisfaction.
BsC as certified radiographer or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years clinical or technical experience with a specialization in Diagnostics Imaging or Molecular Imaging systems.
PC skills with office package are a must.
Strong team skills are required.
The job requires travel to customer sites allover Saudi.
