The position will report to Country Manager
• To monitor and make sure that all import operations are done safely without any legal risk due to country laws in accordance with company procedures and memorandums with minimum cost and maximum speed according to seasonal KPI’s
• To follow up all warehousing activities in 3PL ( 3PL management ) and monitor the daily operations including cross dock, returns and piece operations
• To plan and approve the local transportation operations and execute best route planning with optimum time
• To monitor, improve and set the standards (if required) of daily operation of Logistics activities
• To take “continuous improvement” as the main goal and work on projects which minimize cost and improve service quality
• To evaluate suppliers and ensure that selection is done in most proper way by HQ
• To develop & improve logistics projects for cost efficiency & optimization
• To manage Logistics Team and evaluate their KPI performance
• To be ready for internal & external audits, while working on the areas which are mentioned in auditing reports
• To work in coordination with other departments in Egypt or in Turkey-HQ in coordination in order to get the desired results
• To solve every problem as soon as possible which is caused by logistics operations that effects Retail operations
