Develop procedures in cooperation with Inventory Manager to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness
Monitor and enhance procedures in operational of receipt through field visits, giving advice for proper delivery receipt & storage.
Assuring the delivery as per the requested time and update the concerned stakeholders of the delivery progress.
Actively participate in communication with buyers & suppliers for better logistic solution.
Actively follow up with suppliers and check the status of shipment deliveries.
Tracking the shipment deliveries receipt with Requestor/inventory controller.
Assuring the local shipment documents are well organized as per Group Policy.
Assuring the internal shipment documents are well organized as per the customs & duties tariff.
Communicating & advising supplier locally & internationally the preparation of shipment document.
Looking after the custom operation progress with customer officer for shipment clearance.
Responsible of Return or rejected items to supplier, and follow up with replacement with cooperation of the buyer.
