Heshe will utilize their experience or expertise to solve problems develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect shortterm and some longterm business goals.Essential Responsibilities Acircmiddot Provide input to “Site Environmental Health amp Safety EHS Focal Point andor site management on various EHS issues

Acircmiddot Initiate and influence integration of EHS policies and practices into the business

Acircmiddot Implement modify EHS programs and procedures to ensure company compliance

Acircmiddot Maintain an indepth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements

Acircmiddot Work with consultants and contractors on related EHS issues

Acircmiddot Modify and implement compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems

Acircmiddot Conduct EHS education programs

Acircmiddot Provide and determine alternatives for issue resolution

Acircmiddot Develop and work with site teams focused on EHS program development implementation and improvement

Acircmiddot Measure progress toward successfully meeting corporate expectations

Acircmiddot Manage functionrelated costs across site

Acircmiddot Integrate EHS function with site operations

Acircmiddot Supervise and coach EHS personnel

Acircmiddot Ensure effective EHS education programs are in placeQualificationsRequirements Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma GED with at least 4 years of experience with EHS systems
